Suspend your disbelief, think impossible thoughts, then seek me, and I'll make them real.

I have been a practicing artist for two decades. My foundations evolved from apprenticeships to real world experience, growing a unique set of skills as an artist and a builder, which means I have the rare and slightly unhinged ability to hear an idea that doesn't exist yet and already know how it moves, what it becomes, and what it's going to do to the person standing in front of it.

Over the last 20 years I have collected a prolific set of fabrication and design skills. I have worked with institutions ranging from schools and museums to zoos and commercial partnerships, as well as the world of entertainment through music, puppetry, and theater.

I run teams. I manage chaos. I make monsters, literal ones occasionally. I do all of it inside the same brain that is simultaneously designing the thing, building the thing, and narrating the thing.

There is nothing quite like sitting inside of a room that you built, the story still forming, collaborators riffing and laughing and problem solving, knowing that what's being said in that room is about to become a physical reality. The journey between the conjuring and the making is where my practice lives. Storytelling is the thread that connects every medium, every discipline, every large scale strange and magnificent project I have ever been asked to bring into existence. I am now a New Mexico based artist currently building my own off grid land project, with aspirations to create community and artist residency programs here in New Mexico.

The people who seek me out are dreamers and risk takers who understand that the most monumental work comes from the most unconventional minds.
